
CAI has 5 major projects under construction, simultaneously, for the National Institute of Standards and Technology:
- New Child Care Center
- National Structural Fire Resistant's Laboratory
- Logistics Warehouse Addition
- New Robotic Testing Facility
- New Combined Emergency Services Building
CAI has designed the installation of a Cyberknife, Linear Accelerator, and two CT Scanners in the past 6 months for Johns Hopkins Hospital and they are all currently under construction.
CAI has designed the complete renovation of Letih Walk Elementary School and a 115,000 sf middle school addition for Baltimore City Public Schools which is scheduled for completion in 2012.
CAI designed the 11-phased renovation and relocation of the Johns Hopkins University Whiting School of Engineering Information Security Institute and the Institute for NanoBio Technology. This project totaling 50,000sf in 4-buildings is being funded by The National Institute of Health and is scheduled for completion in the fall of 2011.
