Colimore Architects, Inc. (CAI) was established in Baltimore in 1973. A full-service architectural, planning, and interior design firm, our professional staff currently includes one principal, three licensed architects, a certified interior designer, a LEED accredited professional and a skilled support staff of intern architects and CADD technicians.

Colimore Architects, Inc. offers a broad range of design and consultation services customized to address each client's unique needs. In addition to new building, programming, planning, and design our diverse project resume includes extensive experience in renovations (architectural and systemic) and adaptive reuse. Our clients are from both public and private sectors, with projects in commercial, industrial, educational and institutional settings that range in size and scope from corporate headquarters to specialized laboratories and classrooms. We have diverse but concentrated experience and specialized expertise in pre-k to 12th, higher education, laboratory, health care, senior citizens' and multi-generational community centers, and various commercial facilities along with significant experience in the design of municipal/governmental facilities, religious facilities and public safety facilities. Since we strive to exceed our clients' expectations, a significant portion of our work is from repeat clients, and we are frequently retained on a recurring basis by public agencies, private developers and facility managers.
