JAMES A. COLIMORE, Jr., AIA, Principal, co-founded the firm Colimore Architects, Inc in 1973. Jim attended Johns Hopkins McCoy College and Towson University. He has more than 45 years of successful experience in project management, planning, studies and design, coordination and production of construction documents, construction observation, client and consultant liaison, quality control, and communication from conceptual design through all phases of project development. This experience is derived from planning and designing millions of square feet of construction, including commercial, industrial, institutional, and health care projects. The staff is managed with an emphasis on quality and service, which is evidenced by a significant list of repeat clients. Jim has been active professionally and privately in numerous community and regional organizations throughout his career. A few of Jim's professional affiliations include:

MEREDITH A. SULLIVAN, AIA, Project Manager, is a graduate of Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University, School of Architecture. She has over 10 years experience as project manager in both health care and retail food service projects. Since joining CAI, Meredith has been involved in the design and management for a wide range of clients and project types. She is currently managing a federal project in the construction of a new day care center which is expected to obtain LEED Gold Certification. Meredith is also managing the addition and renovation for a Pre-k to 8th grade school which is expected to receive a 2-star rating under the Baltimore City Green Building Standards Rating System. Meredith is NCARB Certified and is licensed in the State of Maryland. Meredith joined CAI in 2008.

Personal Interest: Traveling, shopping and Starbucks™
JACQUELINE K. KILLIP, Project Manager, is a graduate of Spring Garden College School of Architecture. Jackie served for 13 years as project architect for Johns Hopkins Hospital. Now as project manager she is focused on a full range of health care design projects and research lab interior renovations. She also has significant background in office space planning and interior design. Jackie has a unique sensitivity to the owners' perspective as a direct result of her tenure with JHH. Jackie joined CAI in 2006.

Personal Interest: Golf, softball, hiking, biking and the outdoors.

THOMAS F. TERRANOVA, Project Manager, has a Masters degree in Geology from the University of Southern Illinois at Carbondale and worked as an Engineering Geologist for a major Consulting firm for eight years on large scale civil construction projects. He later earned a Masters degree from the University of Maryland School of Architecture and has worked on design and construction of multi-family housing, health care facilities and religious and historic projects. As a project manager for CAI, Tom has designed several large scale technical Federal facilities. He has also designed and managed complex phased major renovations to multiple higher education research laboratories. He has received the AIA National Education Excellence Award and AIA Maryland and Baltimore Design Awards in 2006. Tom joined CAI in 2009.

Personal Interest: Photography, furniture design and the restoration and renovation of his Baltimore Rowhouse.

DAVID E. DOWELL, II, Project Manager, has significant experience in technical building envelope systems assembly and enjoys unique and historic renovation projects. He is a graduate of Tesst College of Technology and has collaborated on the design of multiple K to 12 projects and is experienced in new construction of commercial, health care, office buildings and roof replacements. David joined CAI in 1999.

Personal Interest: Traveling, historic architecture, skiing and grilling.
BRIAN C. WEISGERBER, Project Manager, is a graduate of Carroll Community College with a degree in computer aided design. Brian has extensive experience in K-12 systemic renovations both interior and exterior and has collaborated on multiple science classrooms, ADA renovations and various school additions. Brian also has wide range of experience in exterior envelope design and rehabilitation including window and door replacement. He has managed multiple higher education projects including technical research labs and commercial projects. Brian joined CAI in 2001.

Personal Interest: Mountain biking, camping and anything outdoors with my family.

STEPHANIE T. PALMISANO, Marketing Manager, graduated from Word of Life Bible Institute in Schroon Lake, New York. She has extensive administrative background managing office systems and projects. As marketing and office manager, Stephanie coordinates all firm public relations, proposal responses and internal administrative functions. She also manages our projects database, photo library and coordinates our graphic presentations. Stephanie is a member of the Society for Marketing Professional Services. Stephanie joined CAI in 2006.

Personal Interest: Missions trips, hiking, traveling, photography and teaching
