NIST - Combined Emergency Service Building
Client: National Institute of Standards and Technology
Project Scope: The Combined Emergency Services Building consists of approximately 23,000 gsf and will house the NIST fire and police departments that currently exist in two separate locations. The new private areas will include offices, kitchens & dining rooms, a fitness room, a dispatch room, fire apparatus bays, bunk rooms, a holding room, locker rooms and other miscellaneous spaces.
