David E. Dowell, II
David E. Dowell, II, Project Manager with significant experience in technical building envelope systems assembly and enjoys unique and historic renovation projects. He is a graduate of Tesst College of Technology and has collaborated on the design of multiple K to 12 projects and is experienced in new construction of commercial, health care, office buildings and roof replacements. David joined CTA in 1999.
Personal Interest: Traveling, historic architecture, skiing and grilling.
