Meredith A. Sullivan, AIA
Meredith Sullivan AIA, Project Manager is a graduate of Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University, School of Architecture. She has over 10 years experience as project manager in both health care and retail food service projects. Since joining CTA, Meredith has been involved in the design and management for a wide range of clients and project types. She is currently managing a federal project in the construction of a new day care center which is expected to obtain LEED Gold Certification. Meredith is also managing the addition and renovation for a Pre-k to 8th grade school which is expected to receive a 2-star rating under the Baltimore City Green Building Standards Rating System. Meredith is NCARB Certified and is licensed in the State of Maryland. Meredith joined CTA in 2008.
