Client: Obrecht Properties
Project Scope: The new two-story, 17,000 square foot office building is a free-standing expansion of the Maryland Hospital Association Office. Colimore Thoemke Architects designed the building shell to accommodate seminars and meetings of 100 people, plus offices for their Quality Assurance Department. The project was developed on a design/build basis by Obrecht Properties LLC.
