Phillips Way Headquarters
Client: Phillips Way, Inc.
Project Scope: Colimore Thoemke Architects provided full architectural, space planning and interior design for this 2 story office/warehouse for Phillips Way, Inc. CTA provided the full shell design for the two story 40,000 square foot building to replace the existing structure that was destroyed by fire. The two story structure provides at-grade access to both levels with warehouse/warehouse tenant space on the ground floor and office/office tenant space on the first floor. The design included a complete fit-out for 11,600 square foot of office space housing Phillips Way, Inc headquarters and 16,400 square foot of warehouse for Phillips Way, Inc.
