Project Scope: Colimore Thoemke Architects provided architectural services for the Baltimore area expansion of the Colorado-based Qdoba Mexican Grill restaurant chain. The first store opened at Timonium Shopping Center and attracted twice the national average number of patrons in its first week of operation.
