Client: Helping Up Mission
Project Scope: The Phase II renovation and addition of the Helping Up Mission consists of the demolition of 1027 and 1029 East Baltimore Street, except the historic front facades. The demolished buildings will be replaced with a new five (5) level 37,500 gross square foot building and including a rooftop deck. The existing front facades are retained to meet historic district requirements and the new building will be connected to adjacent Mission buildings at 1023 and 1031 East Baltimore Street.
