Eastern Shore Regional Unemployment Insurance Call Center
Client: Maryland Department of General Services
Project Scope: Provided full design services to the Maryland Department of General Services for the new Call Center. The 20,000 SF, structure houses services for Dorchester, Somerset, Wicomico, and Worcester Counties. The single-story facility provides controlled access, feature modular office furniture systems for its 90 employees, and have a dedicated telecommunications room and central server with uninterrupted power supply. The building and site were designed to LEED principals including geothermal HVAC systems but was not certified.
