Johns Hopkins at Eastern
Client: Johns Hopkins Real Estate
Project Scope: The former girls' high school, built in 1938 and listed on the Maryland Historic Register, was converted by Johns Hopkins University to house administrative offices for the university and an Emerging Technology Center for the Baltimore Development Corporation. As an initial phase, the building shell renovation was designed by Kann Associates. The project was the recipient of the 2004 Award of Excellence, Best Historical Renovation, National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP).
