Cockeysville Middle School
Client: Baltimore County Public Schools
Project Scope: Provided architectural services for the renovation of this one-story middle school including classrooms, library, cafeteria, gymnasium, and administrative offices. The project, totaling 186,000 square feet, included the replacement of existing AHU's, boilers, HVAC and electrical / plumbing system upgrades, sprinkler system expansion, ceiling and lighting replacements, ADA improvements and modifications, door and window replacements and HAZMAT.
