Client: Baltimore County Public Schools
Project Scope: Architectural services for the renovation of this two-story middle school, including classrooms, library, cafeteria, gymnasium, and administrative offices. The facility, totaling 228,000 square feet, includes the replacement of existing air handling units, unit ventilators, HVAC and electrical system upgrade, Addition of a 30-ton , chiller, Addition of a dual temperature piping loop, Plumbing system upgrade, Sprinkler system expansion, Lighting upgrade, ADA improvements and modifications, Door and window replacement.
